LCPS had their "Speech and Prize Giving Night" on Wednesday evening.
Peter Stokes and Gabriel Mandiwona opened the ceremony by telling us about the grade 7's journey at LCPS. They spoke very well, clearly and had the audience in stitches at times!
Mr Viljoen spoke with fondness of his time at LCPS. He thanked the Board of Governors, the staff, parents and pupils of LCPS for their support. He also said that the reason he came to school every day was because of the pupils of the school.
Congratulations to all the prize winners, and also to the rest of the school who showed impeccable behaviour.
Mai Charumah was also recognised for 20 years of service and Richard Nyakudanga for 21 years service! Thank you Mai Charumah and Richard Nyakudanga!

A retired couple from Knysna have reached the final stretch of an epic journey that started on bicycle in Amsterdam in the Netherlands, all the way through Europe and across Africa, and now their "finish line" Cape Town is finally in sight – 18 months later.
Peter and Colleen McNulty, who have been residents of Knysna since 2001, speak boldly of experiences they say they will never forget, and of people who have left them with a lifetime of memories.
