Self-Esteem and developing a positive mind-set

Self-esteem is the opinion we have of yourself? When we have a good strong healthy self-esteem we feel positive about ourselves and about life. It helps us to deal better with life’s ups and downs.

When our self-esteem is low we tend to see ourselves in a more negative way. We can also feel less capable to take on any challenges that come our way.
